Michael has a background in the textile service industry and has been instrumental in positioning Permanser as a recruitment company of choice within the industry.

Originally from London, Kate worked on international recruitment for the TCF sector, placing executive level and specialist personnel with US, Asian and European clients and continues to place technical and executive candidates with clients both in Australia and internationally.

Pauline Falkland-Brown
Pauline's career had progressed from retail management to HR with a major retail group before joining Permanser. Pauline brings an intimate knowledge of the needs and requirements of both large and small organizations for skilled staff at all levels. She has an empathetic style which eases the process of recruitment both for the clients and candidates.
Kathleen Sexton
Kathleen's experience incorporates five years as a Recruiter in the Accounting and Finance Industry and two years in the Apparel Industry. She has a proactive style which compliments the Permanser approach to consulting and enjoys working in partnership with her clients to provide the best possible service. When representing her Candidate's interests, Kathleen's lines of communication are open and honest ensuring the best outcome for both Clients and Candidates.
Amy Wright
Amy joined Permanser having had experience in clothing manufacturing. Initially she looked after our temporary staff placements and has moved to permanent placement in the past year. Amy has a strong connection to her clients and a real appreciation of their recruitment needs. Amy works tirelessly with her candidates to make sure that the match with client requirements is spot on.
