Client briefing
Before starting an assignment we will meet with you to discuss your specific business needs and requirements and further learn about the company and culture.
Assignment specification
Working in conjunction with you, we will compile a job description and person specification with details of the expected salary range and expected time scale required.
The search
Our search process includes identifying appropriate candidates through our existing network, research and recommendation.
First interview
The consultant responsible for the position will personally interview the selected candidates.
Progress reports
The consultant will provide you with regular reports on the search process.
Candidate reports
The consultant will present to you an unbiased and comprehensive report of each candidate that has been short listed, outlining how their skills and abilities will be suitable for your company and your vacancy.
Client interviews
We will arrange any interviews which you wish to conduct at a time and location which works for both you and the candidate's.
Reference checks
Once you have decided on a suitable candidate for your role, we will conduct a minimum of two reference checks prior to officially making an offer.
Appointment
Once an offer has been made we will work with you and the successful candidate to ensure a smooth transition into employment.
Follow-up
We will provide support and feedback to you and the candidate during the early days of employment to ensure that everything is running smoothly.
