Client briefing
We learn more about the client company and culture.

Assignment specification
Together with the client, we compile a job description and person specification with details of the expected salary range and expected time scale required.

The search
We identify target candidates from our established database and through research, recommendation, advertising and direct approaches.

First Interview
One of our trained consultants thoroughly interviews the target candidates specifically for the vacancy.

Progress reports
The client receives regular reports with brief details of candidates approached for the vacancy.

Agreement of short list
Together with the client we select candidates for further consideration.

Candidate reports
We provide the client with unbiased and comprehensive reports assessing competency for the vacancy of each short-listed candidate.

Client interviews
We arrange these at a time and location to fit the client's and the candidates' schedules.

Reference checks
We normally take up at least two references prior to offer.

Appointment
We will handle any negotiations and facilitate the engagement process.

Follow-up
We will provide support and feedback to clients and candidates during the early days of employment when requested.
